In September, we had our first Mini Field Trip of the year. This activity gave our playgroup friends the chance to be bakers for the day by learning hands-on how to make their own bread at Mako Bakery. Our kindergarten friends also had the opportunity to be firefighters & even tried putting out a fire at Damkar. It was super fun & very educational!
In October, we organized our latest Montessori Week x UN Day celebration. During Montessori Week, our parents came to work with the materials together with us in class. We showed them many things we had explored earlier.
In this month of unity, after Montessori Week, we also celebrated UN Day! With this year's theme, Journey to Animal Kingdom, we not only performed in front of our parents but also had a potluck & an art exhibition featuring the artwork we created! A special thanks to our parents for their participation in decorating the mesmerizing booth for our potluck!
